Today’s featured item is: Barilla Marinara Pasta Sauce Baked Ziti Recipe Cook time: 55 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 pound ziti or penne pasta Olive oil 1 pound bulk Italian sausage or ground beef or pork 1 large onion, chopped 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (or basil), minced 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 Barilla Marinara Pasta Sauce 24oz Jar (or more if you like a lot of sauce!) 1/2 pound of mozzarella cheese, grated 1 heaping cup of ricotta cheese 1 cup grated parmesan or pecorino cheese METHOD 1 Bring a large pot of water to a strong boil. Add about a tablespoon of salt for every 2 quarts of water. Add the pasta and boil, uncovered, until the pasta is al dente—edible but still a little firm. Drain the pasta through a colander. Today’s featured item is: Land O Lakes Butter   Baked Cinnamon Apples Recipe- Gluten Free 4 Large Apples 2 Tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter 1 Teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Remove the cores leaving about 1/2 inch of the bottom of the apples Mix together the cinnamon and pecans and fill each apple with the mixture Top each apple with 1/2 Tablespoon of butter and place the apples in an 8×8″ baking dish Add 3/4 cup boiling water to the baking dish Bake for 3-40 minutes or until apples are tender   You can order all the ingredients for this recipe right on the Garden Grocer website!
