Peanut Butter Cookies – Gluten Free
1 jar (16.3 oz) Skippy Peanut Butter – creamy or chunky
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir all the ingredients together well until a sticky dough forms. Form even spoonfuls of dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet about 1.5″ apart. Press down the ball using a fork to make a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
