Can Del Monte Fresh Cut Corn Specialties White 14.5oz. 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon white vinegar 2 tablespoons Athenos crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped Directions Heat oil in a large skillet. When oil is hot, add drained corn and simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vinegar, cheese and basil; mix well. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Baby Spinach, Arugula and Berry Salad

Today’s featured item is: Organic Girl Baby Spinach & Arugula 5oz PKG Ingredients 1 Organic Girl Baby Spinach & Arugula 5oz PKG 1 dozen Florida strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced 1 cup Florida blueberries 2 oranges, peeled and segmented 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled 1 lemon, juiced 1 tablespoon Olive oil Sea salt to taste Fresh ground pepper to taste Directions 1.   In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add baby spinach, arugula, lemon juice and olive oil. Today’s featured item is: Barilla Marinara Pasta Sauce Baked Ziti Recipe Cook time: 55 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 pound ziti or penne pasta Olive oil 1 pound bulk Italian sausage or ground beef or pork 1 large onion, chopped 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (or basil), minced 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 Barilla Marinara Pasta Sauce 24oz Jar (or more if you like a lot of sauce!) 1/2 pound of mozzarella cheese, grated 1 heaping cup of ricotta cheese 1 cup grated parmesan or pecorino cheese METHOD 1 Bring a large pot of water to a strong boil. Add about a tablespoon of salt for every 2 quarts of water. Add the pasta and boil, uncovered, until the pasta is al dente—edible but still a little firm. Drain the pasta through a colander.
